My name is Alisha, but my clients affectionately call me Lish. I am a dedicated wife and mother, as well as a hardworking artist. As a self-taught creative, I specialize in a variety of mediums. Currently, I currently work with the Children’s Creative Project, which enables me to share my skills and talents with numerous schools. My journey in art spans over 15 years. I founded the Inspirational Art Center to provide art and entertainment for children across the central coast. As a face painter, artist, and coordinator, I take great pride in the business I have established.
Lydia has been a part of Inspirational Art Center for the past year, and it has been an incredibly exciting journey. She is an outstanding team member who enjoys working with children and constantly seeks out creative opportunities. She has a deep passion for arts and crafts. She assists our lead artist and occasionally takes the lead in guiding small groups during our enjoyable step-by-step painting sessions. Lydia is truly a great asset to Inspirational Art Center.
My name is Luis Linares also known as Mr805, I was born and raised in Santa Maria CA. I'm a self-taught artist with 10 years of experience in, graphite pencil, color pencil, and acrylics. I mostly work on portrait realism and abstract. My passion is to be a professional face painter, muralist and tattoo artist. I also have a Degree in Art and a certificate in computer business information.
Michaela is so excited to join the Inspirational Art Center team! She has a bachelors degree in Theatre Arts from Cal Poly and has been working as a professional actor for the past year. She finds so much joy in bringing magic to everyday life and hopes to continue on doing so for many years to come!
Isaac is finishing his BA in Theater with a music minor at Cal Poly this year. You may have seen him in Dead Man's Cell Phone or Clue, the musical at Cal Poly. Other credits include The Last 5 Years (Jamie), Legally Blonde (male swing), and Comedy of Tenors (Max). He plays nine instruments, including Piano, Cello, and Guitar. A fun fact about him is that he is also a pilot.
Joelle has performed in a variety of productions, from university to high school stages, with notable roles including Sally Jackson in The Lightning Thief, Miss Scarlet in Clue the Musical, Oomba in Andy the Creator, Les in Newsies, and Pugsley Addams in The Addams Family. She also portrayed Faith in a theatre for young audiences touring production called Loose Ends, which aimed to educate youth about the environmental impacts of fast fashion. She is currently pursuing a BA in Theatre Arts at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a focus on Acting and Musical Theatre.
Quinlin is majoring in journalism at Cal Poly SLO, but her true passion lies in theatre. She has been performing in plays and musicals since the age of seven! In her free time, Quinlin enjoys playing guitar, singing, and reading. Since childhood, she has had a love for princesses and everything Disney. She is excited to share the magic of Disney with her close friend Elsa.
Katie is so excited to be making magic with Inspirational Art Center! She is a Business Administration major at Cal Poly and plans to attend law school. She has been a character performer for many years. When she isn't princessing, you can find Katie swing dancing, playing the guitar, and attending fan conventions!
